And I'm a pretty patient guy, so this must have been building for some time.
Why do people think they need to get 'fit' before working
with a personal trainer?
with a personal trainer?
This is something that I have heard for years.
The philosophy of getting fit before working with a trainer is like cleaning your apartment before you hire a housekeeper.
It doesn't make sense.
We all know the benefits and results of working with a trainer, so what gives?
I understand you don't want to look weak, tired, or out of shape.
I understand you don't want to spend half your session in the bathroom stall or lying on your back with legs elevated.
But I cannot understand, why would people would rather sit in traffic then take the express lane to success?
This only irritates me because I've seen so many people fail on their own - and I hate that.
Most never get 'fit' enough, never hook up with a trainer, and end up falling off the wagon.
If you have decided you want or need to work with a trainer, great, just don't wait.
The time is now.
