I had tried to use kettlebells once, but unfortunately I was disappointed. I cannot do a workout by using this stuff because it is too heavy for me to handle. My gym instructors said to me that this workout is not applicable for me and to avoid accidents it is better for me to stop it.
Kettle-bell exercises is helpful in gaining muscles as well as loosing weight. I am sure that some of those who are interested in loosing weight uses kettle bells.
